
Today I will show you how to make Tan Tan men that anyone can easily make at home! Easy and tasty Tan Tan men that don’t require making broth.
Ingredients: For one person:
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- 60g of minced meat
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of Gochujang (as much as you like)
- 2 teaspoons of Chicken oil (Also chicken stock is ok)
- 2 tablespoons ground sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Miso paste
- 200ml of water
- 50ml of soy milk
- Chili oil to your liking
- Bok choy (your choice)
- Noodles
How to cook:





① Add minced meat, garlic, ginger, and gochujang in sesame oil and stir-fry.
② Once the meat is stir-fried, add chicken oil, ground sesame seeds, miso, and water and bring to a simmer.
③ Add soy milk. Prepare the bok choy by boiling it with the noodles in a separate pot.
④ Add the prepared noodles (udon is also OK)
⑤ Serve in a bowl, add bok choy, and drizzle with chili oil if you like.
