A good Ramen place located in Rotterdam that is highly rated by Japanese people living in the Netherlands. It’s open from lunch time to dinner time, so it’s easy to go anytime.
The most famous Ramen in Rotterdamđ This time I ordered a simple Tonkotsu Ramen. I felt like it was more creamy than before. Easy-to-eat Tonkotsu Ramen. The homemade noodles were also thin and white. The hardness is just right and it’s chewy and nice. I thought the price was very affordable considering all the toppings.
The most creamy Tonkotsu broth
Second time there ! This time I ordered a simple Tonkotsu Ramen. I felt like it was more creamy than before. Easy-to-eat Tonkotsu Ramen. It comes with a pure white broth that looks like milk. This broth uses only pork bones and is simmered for over 10 hours. I think it’s really amazing that they could reach this level of creaminess without using any cream. Besides, there is no gamy smell and it is easy to eat.
Homemade noodles
The good thing about Tensai Ramen is not just the broth. The noodles are also homemade and made in-the shop. It’s also great that they have a noodle making machine in the restaurant and you can watch them being made. The noodles used in their Tonkotsu Ramen are white, thin noodles with just the right amount of firmness and low water content. It goes perfectly with the nice creamy broth.
Prices
Another good thing is that the price is very reasonable. This Ramen was the simplest Tonkotus Ramen and it cost 15,5 euros. Also it comes with two types of chashu and eggs!
