limited ramen

Fujitora regularly offers limited ramen. They announce it on Instagram and X, so I recommend you follow them first.
This time, it was a limited Iekei style ramen. It was so delicious that I went there twice during the period.
This one came out with a pretty high quality. It consisted of a rich pork and chicken based broth that had a really nice gamy flavour. It came with some medium thick noodles that had for themselves a lovely chewiness. The broth was so addictive that I almost finished it all. If you don’t know, this is what a real and authentic Japanese ramen is like. I added vinegar to the broth halfway through to change the flavor and it was still amazing. Personally, it is a taste that I want to eat regularly.
This time, the ramen was a reproduction of a ramen recipe from Chiyosaku, a ramen shop that used to be in Takadanobaba, Tokyo.
Chiyosaku was a notable ramen restaurant located in Takadanobaba, Tokyo. It has gained a reputation for its distinctive ramen offerings, particularly its tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen. This restaurant was known for creating a refined version of tonkotsu ramen, characterized by a smooth, mild broth with subtle saltiness, making it both flavorful and balanced.
