Don’t you think Fuku Ramen is only a course meal? In fact, they’re open for lunch every Sunday, and it’s called “Social Sunday”. Every Sunday, you can order just a Ramen and go without a reservation!

What’s social sunday?
Fuku Ramen, which usually only serves course dinners, calls the lunch service it holds on Sundays “Social Sunday.” The menu is different every Sunday, and you can order à la carte. Moreover, you can walk in without a reservation! Perfect for those who just want to eat Ramen or those who want to go alone! I’ve been there several times, but this is the first time I’ll be introducing it in detail.
This time was very crowded and I arrived at their opening time, so I waited for over an hour, but the weather was nice ! If you go without a reservation, I recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes earlier than the opening time.
Menu
You can usually check out the menu a few days in advance on Fuku Ramen’s Instagram Story. This time, the Hungarian Mangalica pork Katsu Sando (cutlet sandwich) and my favorite pumpkin Ramen were on the menu , so I decided to go for it! But every menu item is sure to be delicious!

What I ate this time

First was the Mangalica pork Katsu Sando. This was amazing. I love Katsu Sando and this was exceptional. I have never had such a good Katsu Sando. The pork was very tender, with just the right amount of juiciness, and the bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, absorbing the pork’s fat nicely, giving it a really good flavour. I came here for this, and it was worth the wait.

I’ve loved Fuku’s pumpkin Ramen ever since I had it at the Borisov POPUP in 2022. The Ramen itself was creamier than before and of course tasty. I highly recommend it!
